Royal Dwelling provides home renovation, interior and exterior design, installation, and maintenance services. The specific scope, timeline, and cost of each project will be detailed in a separate written agreement or contract between Royal Dwelling and the client.

3. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are outlined in individual project contracts. Typically, a deposit is required to begin work, with progress payments due at agreed-upon milestones. Final payment is due upon project completion and client approval. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month.

4. Limitation of Liability

Royal Dwelling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question. This limitation does not apply to cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

1. Product Returns

Unused materials and products purchased through Royal Dwelling may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unopened packaging. Custom-ordered items and special-order materials are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

2. Service Refunds

If you are not satisfied with work performed, please notify us within 14 days of project completion. We will first attempt to resolve the issue through our warranty and correction process. If the issue cannot be resolved to your reasonable satisfaction, a partial refund may be issued proportional to the unsatisfactory portion of the work.

3. Cancellation Policy

Projects may be cancelled before work begins with a full refund of deposits minus any non-recoverable material costs already incurred. Once work has commenced, cancellation fees will apply based on the percentage of work completed and materials already installed or custom-ordered.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days and issued to the original payment method. Refunds for credit card payments may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.

5. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a refund or return, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association in the state where the service was performed.
